Having heard and seen evidence of the reality of the war in Yemen, and having taken part in workshops for solutions, we came to the conclusion that the war against Yemen is unjust, unreasonable and thus immoral.

We cannot sit back and watch while war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide are being committed by the Saudi-led coalition. We demand that International Human Rights and Humanitarian Laws are respected upheld in relation to the Yemen.

We hereby declare that in order to alleviate the suffering of the people of Yemen, the following steps must be taken immediately:

The conference calls

2- For an immediate end to the use of force against the sovereign Yemeni people, in particular the aerial bombings by the coalition initiated and led by Saudi Arabia and the blockade imposed upon Yemen;

3-Upon all members of the international community to make and support, in accordance with their obligations under international law as laid down in the 1949 Geneva Conventions, all necessary efforts to investigate allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the conflict in Yemen, to bring the suspects of such crimes to justice and to take appropriate sanctions against the perpetrators of such crimes as well as to provide adequate compensation to victims of such crimes.
