TEHRAN, June 28 (Shana) -- Managing director of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) appointed Mohsen Paknejad as the company�s deputy managing director in production affairs.

Ali Kardor issued a decree on Tuesday to appoint Paknejad as his deputy for production affairs.

Leadership, supervision, coordination and following up on all the duties and missions of NIOC subsidiaries in production of oil and gas including National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC), Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC), National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC), and Arvanan Oil and Gas Company are among the new NIOC official.

Ensuring enhanced recover of oil and gas, employing skilled human resources and adopting strategies for boosting recovery from oil and gas fields are other responsibilities of the person who holds this post.
