Moscow, June 9, IRNA � Speaking before taking part in trilateral meeting with the focus of terrorism, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that Russia pays special attention to terrorist threats in Syria, Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Iran, Syria and Russia are to hold a trilateral meeting Thursday afternoon aiming at fighting regional terrorist threats and investigating cooperation's achievements.

Ministers of defense of Iran, Russia and Syria will participate in this event.

Pillars of the meeting include investigating the latest regional developments and ways to boost fighting against terrorism.

Over five years ago, the US heading some Arabic countries especially Saudi Arabia organized terrorist groups like Daesh, Al-Nusra Front, Ahrar al-Sham and Jaysh al-Islam from different parts of the world and dispatched them to places like Syria to kill many people.
