A Look at Iranian Newspaper Front Pages on May 31

IFP has taken a look at the front pages of Iranian newspapers on Tuesday and picked headlines from 24 of them. IFP has simply translated the headlines and does not vouch for their accuracy.

Iranian newspapers on Tuesday focused on the formation of the Iranian Parliaments governing board, whose final elections were held today.

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarifs European tour was another top story in Iranian papers.

Many newspapers also covered Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjanis remarks on the possibility of a meeting between Irans President Hassan Rouhani and his US counterpart Barack Obama.
