Jakarta, March 7, IRNA � In his meeting with Indonesian President Joko Widodo here on Monday, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif conveyed message of President Hassan Rouhani to him.

The meeting happened on the sidelines of an extraordinary summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Palestine and al-Qods al-Sharif.

Iranian foreign minister and Indonesian president discussed latest regional and international developments as well as bilateral relations during the meeting.

The Iranian foreign minister, heading an economic-political delegation, started his Southeast Asia and Pacific tour on Saturday evening.

He will fly to Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, New Zealand and Australia after his Indonesian visit.

The OIC foreign ministers convened an extraordinary meeting on Sunday morning; the meeting continued at the level of heads of states on Monday.

Representatives of 49 countries attended the OIC meeting at the request of Palestine Authority Chief Mahmud Abbas to study the systematic crimes against humanity and war crimes perpetrated by Israeli leaders against the Palestinian people and the human rights activists.
