Int'l market opened to Iran's information tech. productions: Minister

Tehran, January 30, The Iran Project International market opened to the productions of information technology, Iran's Minister of Communication announced.

Mahmoud Vaezi, Iran's Minister of Communications and Information Technology made the remarks on the sidelines of his visit to Sistan and Baluchistan Province to inaugurate the high speed internet network in 1361 villages coincided with the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution. Stressing conclusions of Iranian high-profile delegation's visit to Italy and France, he said that Iranian information technology producers witness the opening of international market.

Noting the resistance economy basic policies, Vaezi reiteratedthat any direct international investment in Iran will be accompanied by the transmission of technology into the country.

Elsewhere in his remarks, he highlighted the presence of Iran's private sector in any agreement with foreign countries.

Earlier, before the Iranian senior delegation visit to France, Vaezi had announced that Iran plans to enhance cooperation with European countries in aerospace, satellite sector and technology transfer in building IT and telecommunication.
