Kuwait, Oct 20, IRNA - German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier stressed there will be no solution to the crisis in Syria without Iran's participation in the peace process.
He also urged Persian Gulf Cooperation Council member states to cooperate and provide shelter to dispalced refugees fleeing from the war and terrorism in the Middle East.
Speaking after his meeting with Saudi King Salman in Riyadh, Steinmeier said Germany wants every Persian Gulf state to actively provide humanitarian assistance to the refugees in the region.
'Those who do not accept negotiations with Iran and Saudi Arabia over finding a solution to the Syrian ciriss, should not expect settlement of the crisis,' he aded.
In the press conference with German FM, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir repeated the stand of Riyadh on exclusion of President Bashar Asad from Geneva peace talks.
