Shiraz, Fars Prov., Aug 26, IRNA - US is not able to infiltrate into Iran, Tehran interim Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Khatami said on Wednesday.

Enemies including US made an unnecessary crisis and under the pretext of nuclear issue, imposed sanctions against Iran, he added while speaking to a gathering in Shiraz.
Speaking in a local ceremony, Khatami noted that despite sanctions, Iran made great achievements in all fields including the nuclear issue.
The cleric referred to US plans to infiltrate the region and Iran and said that Washington's dream of seeking to influence Iran will not come true.
