Qom, Aug 4, IRNA � Senior cleric Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi said on Tuesday that nuclear deal between Iran and G5+1 proved the country's grandeur in the world.

According to public relations department of Qom governorate, Ayatollah Makarem made the remarks in a meeting with the Governor-General of Qom Mehdi Sadeqi.

Nuclear negotiations and clinching the final deal between Iran and G5+1 should be regarded as a significant achievement for Iranian officials, said Ayatollah Makarem.

There are over 300 cultural institutes in the holy city of Qom and the government can take advantage of their potentials in confronting cultural inroads of the enemies, he said.
