Tehran, July 6, IRNA - Member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Ahmad Shohani said on Monday that Iranian nation are to once again voice their support to the oppressed Palestinian nation as well as Iranian negotiating team on Qods International Day.

Speaking to IRNA, he said both the Iranian negotiators and government won support of the Supreme Leader to terminate the arbitrary sanctions.

The Iranian nation, on Qods International Day are to give a message to the world that Iranian nation are for negotiations and are determined to fully back their values i.e. support to Palestinian people, he said.

Qods International Day has been designated to support oppressed Palestinian nation, he said adding that in such day the world people cry out their support to Palestinian people.

'Regretfully, we are now witnessing that the Israeli crimes against humanity and the war crimes against oppressed and defenseless Palestinians have increased dramatically while we are witnessing the silence of human rights organizations and the western governments,' he said.

Iran has called on the International Criminal Court to bring to justice the Israeli leaders for the heinous crimes they perpetrated against the Palestinian people.

Iran said that the Israeli leaders must know that Israel is an occupying entity and the Palestinian people have the right to embark on resistance movement to drive the occupying forces from their motherland.

Qods International Day should demonstrate unity of world people in defending oppressed Palestinian nation, he said.

Iranian people as always will chant slogans as 'Down with global arrogance and Down with Zionists' on Qods International Day, he said.
