Mohammad Javad Zarif has been hospitalized once again for backache, an official at the Foreign Ministry confirmed Tuesday.

The foreign minister was scheduled to deliver a speech in a conference on �Imam Khomeini and Foreign Policy�. This is the second time Zarif has been admitted to the hospital for the same condition. In late 2013 he attended the nuclear talks with P5+1 in a wheelchair.

It came after his American counterpart John Kerry broke his leg in a cycling accident in France and was taken to the hospital. On Monday Kerry got on the phone and promised Zarif to carry on with nuclear talks according to plan.
