Tehran, May 21, IRNA � Foreign ministry in a statement on Thursday night announced that it respects the Iranian citizens' interest in supporting the diplomatic apparatus, but in the meantime it deems as unnecessary ho0lding a gathering in support of the ministry.

'By respecting the intelligence of Iranian citizens, we hereby declare the foreign ministry deems holding such gatherings as quite unnecessary,' the foreign ministry said.

The foreign ministry underlined that any public gathering needs obtaining legal permissions by the authorities.

'The country's foreign diplomacy officials are fully committed to their duties and important responsibilities on the basis of the guidelines by Iran's leader and they act within the framework of the approach of the government of wisdom and hope with vigilance and full commitment and they will continue their unsparing efforts and activities to reach the foreign policy's objectives,' it added.
