Tehran, April 15, IRNA � Chairman of the Expediency Council Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said on Wednesday that Saudi Arabia will never attain its goals through arial bombardments of Yemen.

Addressing a group of veteran revolutionary guards and their commanders, he said the best way to resolve the issue is to hold political negotiations among all parties involved.

Consecutive defeats of the armed to the teeth troops of the Zionist regime in the face of Lebanese Hizbullah movement should be a good lesson for Saudi leaders who have invaded Yemen, Rafsanjani said.

'If Saudi Arabia continues its mistakes, it will be like a man who struggles not to drawn in stormy waters but to no avail,' the EC chairman said.

The region has already been hit by terrorism, suicide attacks, massacre of people and spread of terrorist groups and attacks of regional countries on each other would only add to the concerns of the Islamic world.

People in Yemen are very patient, hard working, vigilant, faithful to their religious beliefs and have a patriotic spirit, Rafsanjani said.

Any aggressor will eventually feel sorry for aggression against Yemen, he said.
