US negotiation team heads to Switzerland for Iran talks - State Dep't

The US State Department stated that the US would send more than a dozen officials to join US Secretary of State John Kerry in Switzerland during negotiations between the P5+1 group of countries and Iran.

International talks betweenthe P5+1 group ofcountries and Iran have been ongoing formore thana year, and are facing the end ofMarch deadline toreach an agreement ona political framework. The P5+1 group consists offive permanent UN Security Council members China, Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom and France plus Germany.
