Qom, Jan 14, IRNA -- Religious leader Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi on Wednesday condemned the terrorist act in France and said Islam prohibits terrorism and crimes against humanity.
In recent days there was a news on infiltration of Daesh Takfiri to Europe and their attack on Charlie Hebdo claiming lives of 17 people and injuries of 10 people, he said adding that it might be possible that such incident to be occur in another parts of the world.
After the incident, they arranged a massive rally with participation of world leaders to condemn the move as the whole Europe is now in the state of shock and bewildering, he said.

In fact, these Takfiri terrorists are at odds with Islam, he said adding that they have labeled the issue to all Muslims but Ulema of the Muslim World in Qom, al-Azhar and Syria held anti-Takfiri conference to underline that Daesh and Takfiri have nothing to do with Islam.

He expressed outrage at repetition of the wrongful act by Charlie Hebdo to design new caricature for Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in 16 languages.

He said that repetition of the wrongful act is not rational and that the move is tantamount to waging war on all Muslims.

The Western governemnts should diagnose the trouble and uproot it through accurate conduct with Daesh terrorist group, he said.

He made it clear that the Iraqi people and army can defeat Daesh Takfiri terrorist group in a matter of month if the terrorist group be left alone without any support.
