Holy Najaf, Dec 23, IRNA Grand source of jurisprudence Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Sistani here on Tuesday morning received visiting Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani and exchanged viewpoints on latest developments in Iraq with him.Larijani had arrived in Holy Najaf minutes after midnight, early Tuesday in continuation of his regional tour of Lebanon, Syria and Iraq.
Other sources of jurisprudence in Larijanis agenda of Tuesday visits include ayatollah Fayyaz, Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Saeid Hakim and Ayatollah Bashir Najafi.
On Tuesday afternoon Larijani will head for Karbala to pay homage to the holy shrines of Imam Hussain (P) and his faithful brother His Holiness Abolfazl al Abbas (P).
He will begin his meetings and consultations in Baghdad on Wednesday, which include meeting the Iraqi president, prime minister, parliament speaker and a group of other Iraqi personalities and political leaders.
