BEIJING, Nov. 01 (MNA) On the sidelines of a conference of Istanbul Process on Afghanistan in Beijing on Friday, Irans FM invited his Turkish counterpart Mevlt avu?o?lu to visit Iran to promote economic ties.
Irans FM stressed the need for consultation between Iran and Turkeys officials in order to promote economic relations between the two countries and invited the Turkish FM to visit Iran for this purpose.
Mevlt avu?o?lu, for his part, expressed enthusiasm for developing economic ties with Iran, and while stressing the two countries being on good terms and their great potential for economic relations, called for an expansion of cooperation between Tehran and Ankara.
The two FMs also discussed Iran and G5+1 nuclear talks and the Turkish side expressed satisfaction for the progression of the negotiations.
This meeting took place on the sidelines of the fourth session of Istanbul Process onAfghanistan in Beijing on Friday, attended by representatives from many Asian countries.
