Iran's tire exports rise

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran's tire exports rose over the first nine months of Iranian calendar year, started on March 21.
"The volume of export of different types of tires rose by the first 9 months," said Masoud Bahrami-Navid, a member of presidium of Iran's Tire Industry.

He said exports of sedan tire rose by 37 percent, reaching 1700 tons from 1200 tons. Most of the tires are sent to neighboring states, Arab and African countries.

He also noted that exports of motor cycle tires rose by 85 percent, hitting2400 tons from 1300 tons.
