Irans nuclear issue to be resolved soon: analyst

Islamabad, Nov 20, IRNA - A senior Pakistani columnist on Wednesday said that Iran-5+1 talks must continue stressing that Irans nuclear issue would be resolved very soon.
Talking to IRNA Zamurd Naqvi, said that western countries must respect Irans peaceful nuclear right as the Islamic Republic has no intention to develop nuclear weapons.

One must expect positivity from the talks as they are moving in a right direction, he added.

The third round of talks between Iran and the sextet (US, Britain, Russia, China and France plus Germany) is scheduled to be held in Geneva today.

During the meeting which was held in Geneva from November 7-9, the deal-breaking manner of the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius stalled a nuclear agreement between the two sides.

Naqvi said that West has no other option but to accept Irans peaceful nuclear right.

The analyst said that talks are the only way to resolve disputes, adding that conspiracies to destabilize Iran have been failed.

He said that Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khameneis decree against development of nuclear weapons has left no justification for West to doubt about peaceful nature of Irans nuclear program.

The columnist went on to say that steadfastness of Iran has forced the western states to change their arrogant behavior against Tehran.

Naqvi said that western states have delayed the agreement with Iran just to please the Zionist regime.
