Negotiator rejects John Kerry statement Iran opted out of a deal

Tehran, Nov 15, IRNA Iranian negotiator on Friday rejected statement made by US Secretary of State John Kerry that Iran opted out of a deal.
The Islamic Republic of Iran did not create obstacle to final accord in Geneva, Majid Takht Ravanchi told reporters.


He said, We do not wish to go to details and answer the US Secretary of State.

He added, However, it is clear who finally prevented the final agreement.

The intensive, sensitive and serious talks between Iran and the G5+1 was held in Geneva, Switzerland, for three consecutive days on November 7-9.

The next round is slated for November 20-21.

IRNA reporter covering the nuclear talks in Geneva said that foreign ministers of the negotiating parties had reached a deal, but, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said that the western governments must make maximum use of Iranian preparedness for a deal and demand more.

France violated a deal with Iran deating back to 1970s according to which France-based uranium enrichment company, Eurodif, had undertaken to supply fuel to Bushehr power plant then under construction by Siemens of Germany.

Iranian former Pahlavi regime made dlrs one billion investment to establish Eurodif and the company belongs to Iran.
