P5+1 representatives consulting with their countries

Geneva, Nov 9, IRNA The representatives of the sextet including US, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany are consulting with their countries prior to the start of the trilateral talks between Iran, EU, and US here on Saturday.

The trilateral talks between Iran Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, US Secretary of State John Kerry, and European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton are to resume in Geneva within hours.


The three sides tried to agree on a draft nuclear deal but had to stop their talks after almost four hours late Friday evening.

Member of Iranian negotiating team Abbas Araqch said the talks were good and constructive.

Araqchi said the three sides can make some progress in the talks.
