Congress approves NSA lawbreaking

Congress approves NSA lawbreaking
On Wednesday the US Congress formally abolished itself - and Constitutional governance.
That is the clear upshot of the House of Representatives 217-to-205 vote to reject any limits on the National Security Agencys spy-on-everybody program.

The NSA admits that it is keeping track of all communications metadata. That means the NSA is surveils every email you send and every phone call you make. It knows exactly who you emailed and when. It knows the date and time of every phone call, and the identity of whoever you spoke to.

Does it also read the content of your emails and listen to your calls? Only if we feel a need to, says the NSA.

In other words, the NSA has the capacity to read and listen to all communications, and does so whenever it wants to.

NSA spying is blatantly unconstitutional. The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures. That means that the government cannot search or seize anything, including your communications, without asking a judge for a search warrant. The warrant must describe precisely what is being searched for and why.

Rep. Tom Cotton (D-Arkansas) explained his vote to overthrow the Constitution: Folks, we are at war.

But who are they at war with - terrorists, or the American people?

The NSA declared war on the Constitution, and the American people, in February 2001 - seven months before 9/11. That is when NSA leaders acquiesced to the Bush Administration's demand that the NSA stop obeying the law. The Bush-Cheney regime told the NSA to stop asking for FISA search warrants before eavesdropping on Americans. Bush-Cheney ordered the NSA to spy on anybody the Bush regime wanted to spy on. And the NSA said yes.

Why did the Bush Administration want to use the NSA to spy on every American, without any judicial oversight, beginning seven months BEFORE 9/11?

Because it needed to profile all prominent Americans who might pose a threat to the upcoming 9/11 coup dtat and collect blackmail material on as many as possible.

Worse yet, elements of the NSA appear to have been directly complicit in the 9/11 attacks. According to James Bamford, Americas leading expert on the NSA, the alleged 9/11 hijackers base of operations was NSA headquarters in Laurel, Maryland!

Bamford told Amy Goodman of Democracy Now that the alleged 9/11 hijackers set up their final base of operations - these are the - this is the crew that was about to attack the Pentagon - about a month before, they set up their base of operations in Laurel, Maryland, of all places, that happens to be the same city that NSA is headquartered. So they set up their base of operations in this Valencia Motel, and almost across the Baltimore -Washington Parkway is NSA headquarters. The directors office is on the eighth floor, and, except for some trees, he could almost see the motel where theyre staying.

Bamford added: Mohamed Atta flew there for summit meetings. And they had to take three hotels at one point to put all the people there. So, as NSA is looking for them, theyre having their final summit meetings there, and theyre walking around the Safeway, theyre exercising in Golds Gym, theyre eating in the restaurants there, theyre mingling with NSA employees. Thats NSAs company town. Its just the ultimate irony that here you have the terrorists and the eavesdroppers living side by side in the month before the final attack.

The real ultimate irony, of course, is that the 9/11 patsies lived and worked in the NSA's company town because they were working for the NSA, which was setting them up to take the blame for the 9/11 inside job. Mohamed Atta regularly flew in to NSA headquarters for summit meetings with NSA officials, because those officials were giving him his orders and his paychecks.

Abundant evidence proves the 9/11 patsies were working for US intelligence and its Mossad partners. According to former NSA official Wayne Madsen, Mohamed Atta was often seen at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama. Even the U.S. Air Force has admitted that Mohammed Atta attended the International Officers School at Maxwell Air Force Base. It later claimed that it must have been a different Mohamed Atta - but no such different Atta has ever surfaced.

Additionally, a U.S. Army intelligence whistleblower revealed to Madsen that from late 1998 to early 1999, Atta received training at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Specifically, Attas training included interrogation, counter-intelligence, and training administered to COLTs (Combat Observation and Lasing Teams).
Madsen adds: The information that Atta had been trained at Maxwell and Huachuca was known to the team of Army and other military service personnel assigned to operation ABLE DANGER, a deep data mining program staffed out of the Armys Land Information Warfare Activity (LIWA) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. ABLE DANGER was abruptly terminated by the Bush administration and, specifically, the Defense Department under Donald Rumsfeld, some four months before the 9/11 attacks. Then-U.S. Representative Curt Weldon (R-PA) told a joint hearing of the House Armed Services Committee on Strategic Forces and Terrorism, Unconventional Threats, and Capabilities on February 16, 2006, that 99 percent of the data collected on Atta and the other alleged hijackers was destroyed after the Pentagons termination of ABLE DANGER.
Lt. Anthony Shaffer, a member of the ABLE DANGER team, testified to Weldons committee that he was ordered to stop tracking the 9/11 patsies in the summer of 2001. Shaffer testified that he was ordered to put a yellow stick-it pad over the faces of Atta and the other patsies and forget that he had ever seen or heard of them.

When informed of Weldons revelations, and the fact that the 9/11 hijackers were drug smuggling US military operatives, Senator Barbara Boxer stated on Wisconsin Public Radio: That isnt what the 9/11 Commission said - but that doesnt mean it isnt true. We need a real investigation of 9/11.

That is the understatement of the century.

There is no significant terrorist threat in the US - lightning strikes and bathtub drownings kill more people. The NSA spies on Americans in order to profile them, blackmail them, steal from them through insider trading and murder them by the thousands in false-flag attacks.

Yes, Rep. Cotton, the American people ARE at war with you and the other traitors who attacked us on 9/11, abolished our Constitution, looted our resources, destroyed our economy, and set us on course toward an Orwellian future a future best described as a boot stamping on a human face - forever.
