Enemy cannot stymie Irans progress: Ahmadinejad

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the enemys efforts to halt the nations progress will not succeed.
The enemy resorts to every pretext to impede Irans progress but will not be able to weaken the nations resolve, Ahmadinejad said at a ceremony held in Tehran on Saturday to honor exemplary workers from across the nation.

Because we are inside Iran, we dont feel the countrys developments and advances, but those who live outside Iran and analyze our issues are aware of this historic leap, he noted.

I do believe that no peak of progress is out of reach for the Iranian nation, he stated.

Describing Irans progress as excellent, Ahmadinejad said a much brighter future awaits the Iranian nation.

[But] everyone should discharge their duties to build the country, he added.

He went on to say that the government will spare no effort to boost the national development drive.

Iran has made great progress in various areas over the past few years, including peaceful nuclear energy, defense, nanotechnology, and aerospace, just to name a few. And despite the attempts by the enemy to undermine the country, Iran continues to make progress.
